Care Call Alarm

A friend has a Hub 2 and fttp, they were provided with a modern 'digital' phone, which I assume means an IP phone.

My friend now needs a Care Call alarm fitted (so when they have a fall then can press the pendant and it automatically triggers a phone call for help) but they have analog equipment. Is there anyway to connect this equipment to the hub 2 phone system.

There is a phone socket on the back of the BT Smart Hub 2, which can be used to plug in Analogue equipment.  It may have a label covering it which says "For BT Digital Voice" customers only. Shown in green below.
