Casting BT Sport from tablet

Sorry for this dumb question.  I have installed Chromecast on my TV and set it up via my mobile phone.  How do I now go about streaming BT Sport from my samsung tablet?  Do I have to download an app?  I am not that technically minded I'm afraid.

Install the BT Sport app on your tablet.
Click the Chromecast icon in the top right corner of the app.
Play something - it'll play on your Chromecast.
