Civil Engineer Job

Good morning,

This may not be the correct area regarding my post but can someone point me in the right area, i applied to becomea Civil Engineer i passed the capability & suitability interviews this was in August 2020 they replied to let me know they are waiting on training centre & a position to become available in my area (Stockport Greater Manchester) i have sent numerous emails to HR but had no further response.

I am just very consious its been nearly 12 months and worried i have missed this brilliant oppurtunity.
