Hello,
I have just installed Cloud app update 20.3.10 on my iMac running iOS 10.12.6. The cloud icon appears in the system bar and syncing occurs but the dashboard will not open. Clicking on the icon just causes the app to exit.
All help gratefully received.

Click on the icon in the top bar then click in the cog wheel. If its crashing try a reinstall.

Thanks for your reply. When I left or right click on the icon it disappears. I have tried a reinstall but no luck.

Sounds a bit elementary but have you tried uninstalling the app. then restart the iMac before reinstalling.
Same result, I'm afraid. I did a complete power down, just to be sure.
When you uninstalled it did you remove the preference file at the same time;
User>Library> Preferences>com.bt.btcloud.plist
No, I didnt. Searching now, I cannot find any file named com.bt.btcloud.plist on the system.

Morning, I reported my problem yesterday and got a VOLxxxxxxxxx fault report number and a promise of a reply.
I used to get notifications of everything that happened on the cloud on my side bar, and now nothing. Is yours the same?
