I've been struggling to restore some deleted folders and files in my BT Cloud. It seems there was an issue in 2017 which may have been fixed but I have an similar issue now. No matter how I try and restore the files they will not do it and remain in the 'deleted' folder.

I'm sorry you're having problems with the Cloud. Your best bet would be to contact the Cloud Helpdesk directly on 0800 500 3114, 9am to 9pm Mon - Fri 9am to 6.30pm Sat and Sun. Can you try that and let me know how you get on?
