Not sure if I'm in the right place for this but hope I am. I have a small business and BT just swapped me to Cloud Voice Express using a Yealink W56H Handset and a W60B base they supplied. I want to add a desk phone so bought a Yealink T41S from a 3rd Party supplier but cannot make it work. Anyone here able to guide me please. Will the BT VOIP line only work with equipment supplied by BT? ps The 3rd party supplier say they don't do tech support!!!
