Hoping someone can help. I previously backed up photos of my children from when they were born and growing up to BT Cloud storage. The account was in my name. My ex has subsequently changed the account over to her name and now it appears I have lost all access to the BT Cloud meaning I have lost all these photos. Is there any way to retrieve these as desperately upset at the though of not being able to get these back.
