<p>From 31 October 2024, BT Cloud has <a href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/download-or-access-files/how-do-i-download-files--folders-and-devices-from-bt-cloud-">closed</a> and all data will soon be deleted.</p>
Code 153 keeps coming up I’ve done everything to try and fix it by resetting my stick wifi and even deleting the app and changing my password and it still won’t work
Error ID153 on the Fire Stick is the same as ID003 on other platforms (I'm trying to get this fixed). It means we can't find an active subscription on that BT ID. Check out bt.com/help/id003 for instructions on how to check that your account is set up correctly.
