Connecting Wi-fi smart switch to smart hub 2 on 2.4ghz

I have been reading up on past posts regarding not being able to split the 2.4ghz and 5ghz on the smart hub 2. I am just wondering if anyone knows how to do this as I have a Wi-fi switch that only works on 2.4ghz. Even when I turn the 5ghz off it still doesn’t want to connect. Any advice is welcome.

Try going back into the wireless settings, turn the 5GHz off and then change the wireless mode to Mode 2 and try again.

If still no joy then try Mode 3.

Assuming you do get it connected, you should then be able to revert to mode 1 and turn the 5GHz back on
