if you are BT Broadband customer have you tried to connect to the BTWIFI network from your own hub first and see if that works

Ensure you use the BT Broadband band choice

I think I found the problem, I changed the option from  BT Wifi to BT Broadband & I connected to the hotspots... Thanks everyone...

Glad "you" sorted it. Its an easy mistake to make by trying to login using the BT WiFi, which is the default login. Made the same mistake myself.
