Connection stalled as engineer visit not recorded
Broadband switch to BT with upgrade to FTTP was due on 17/12. Engineer arrived as planned but had an issue with a blockage in the ducting and openreach visit requested.
openreach arrived on 21/12 and resolved issue and fibre now run and waiting for BT eng to connect into house.
Checked with BT 23/12 and advised delay is due to duct bloackage and they can’t do anything until Openreach records updated.
Assumed openreach eng would have updated record before moving onto next job. Do I just need to be patient and wait for openreach to update or do I need to escalate and if so how?
Thanks
