Unfortunately this is still not getting any better longer term:

Frequently every day the speed drops well below the guaranteed download speed of 450Mb. 

Am I misunderstanding and the "guaranteed minimum speed" doesn't in fact take into the account the hub that's actually supplied? What's the point of using speeds that aren't accessible unless you're the only device plugged into the port??

 

Again, these values are taken from a device connected directly to the back of the hub with a cat7 ethernet cable.
