The cable between my house and the pole is down and trailing across the ground. When I follow the fault reporting online I reach a point that tells me to call or use live chat, live chat isn't available and calling simply puts me in a queue (50 mins was the latest attempt before the call dropped) I would happily email but cannot find an email address anywhere.
Any suggestions?
