Control BT vision/You view with Samsung remote

I have set up the Samsung universal remote to control the BT box.

 

But control seems to be limited to changing channel. I can’t find a way to e.g switch to recordings.  Basically I want a way to get press the MY BT button.

any help would be appreciated

Hi, @Sadoldgit1 I'm sorry about the delay getting back to you. I'm afraid I can't help with why your universal remote won't work all the features of your BT TV remote as this is not something we can provide technical support for.

Do you have a BT TV subscription? If you do and your remote is faulty we may be able to provide you with a warranty replacement.
