DLS uptime & Network uptime

Recently went from fibre 1 to Fibre 2 but after having issues with my line I always check the BT smart hub manager, on status the network uptime is 42 minutes but on technical log it says over 1 hour. 

There is a 20/30 minute time difference, before the switchover everything in smart hub was perfectly in sync. Do I need to reset my router?

if your internet is working ok then why bother causing a reset to the hub

I would normally expect my system uptime to be slightly longer than my dsl connection time after system/factory reset
