Guess what, another day and another no show, seriously beyond a joke. To be fair to BT I think they are trying their best to get Openreach to actually show up and we are being sent a smart hub tomorrow so we don't have to keep paying for data to enable us to work at home (key workers in healthcare) on top of paying for broadband we arent getting. Its with the tier 2 team who have been in touch everyday to apologise yet again and book another appointment for them to miss with no acknowledgement whatsoever.
How the hell is this ever going to get sorted, patience has seriously run out.
How are you going to connect a smart hub to the internet with a red LOS light? Are you sure you don't mean a mini hub which will give you a 4G wireless connection?
Yes I meant mini hub, error probably due to sheer rage and frustration
