Digital Voice Equipment

Apparently my phone line is changing to digital voice tomorrow. I’ve been trying to order an adapter using the link in the email but just keep getting this error messawhen I enter my phone number:

The number entered is not eligible for this offer. Please check you have entered your number correctly.

numerous posts like yours  try phoning CS 150 or 0800800150 from mobile and order

As long as you are using SH2 you can connect existing phone to socket on back of hub - you may have to remove sticker first
