Have recently been switched to digital voice. Received my free advanced handset. Every time I try to add and save a contact it just disappears and I get an error message when going into contacts that says "No Currently Available". Any help appreciated.

Try resetting your SH2 using either the reset hole on the back or through the hub manager at 192.168.1.254 in your browser.
In the hub manager also check that your phone number in the second box down on the left is not greyed out.
Do you get the same results when trying to save a number from the Calls log?
All sorted after resetting the handset and hub.
