I have BT full fibre with Halo 3 and BT mobile, but I don't have Double Data.
Any idea how to solve?

If it’s not added on automatically you’ll need to call customer service on 150 and they can sort for you.
It’s usually pretty quick and easy to do.
Thanks, I think it's related to a nightmare upgrade to faster fibre, that still isn't resolved 6 weeks later.
