Downloads 'stuck' at 150 on a 330Mbps service

Hope someone can give their thoughts on this.

Upgraded my connection from 80Mbps to 150Mbps and now to the 330Mbps service as it has become available.

For some reason my downloads are capping at around 140/150Mbps.
Uploads have increased to 50Mbps as expected.

I've tested this by  a traditional file download, speedtest.net or https://speedtest.btwholesale.com/.
Tested via ethernet connection with no other devices on the network.

Connection on the router itself is showing as
Downstream Sync: 328.956Mbps
Upstream Sync: 49.125Mbps

The line itself seems quite stable.

BT themselves don't know what the issue is and I now have a nice collection of replacement Smart Hubs I've been sent as that seems to be the default fix - replace the router. My guaranteed minimum connection speed is supposed to be around 210Mbps but I'm guessing that applies to the router.

Any idea's on if this is just all the line can give or if there is a technical fault limiting the speed on the line?

For what it's worth I've just tested with a Draytek 2866 and have the exact same speed.

@snadgeThere's no DLM on FTTP.

@RobertVanguardHave you tried setting up a direct ethernet connection between ONT and PC/laptop?

Just realised you are on G.Fast ignore the above.
