I'm just back from a couple of weeks holiday to find my fibre broadband has a downstream line rate of only 2Mbps to the router (it's usually ~75Mpbs). I've tried rebooting, using a different router, leaving off for an hour etc but nothing changes the speed. Any ideas?

Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.
