Email - changing profile identity

Hi,

I would like to change the name that appears when my email address is typed in. 

e.g. if my email address was 123456789@btinternet.com and I had set up my name as Florence then Florence appears instead of the full email address when some gets and email from me or send it to me. 

How would I change "Florence" to "Flo"??

I cannot find that anywhere in settings.  Any ideas?

Log onto your email account and go to the settings found by clicking on your username at the top right. Once there go to "Profile" and you should be able to change the name there. Once changed, click "Save".
