Email

Am getting messages saying my account to be deleted as not used but am using it frequently. Ignored at first but messages show on My BT. Can’t find what to do about this. Advice please.

Are you only using it via an email client/app? If so it may be that the email system is not recording it as being accessed Try logging onto your email account at least once via a web browser which should reset the access counter.
