I enter my email address and password, but when the screens comes up there is three squares in centre which keeps flashing and goes no further. I was advised the following yesterday when I telephoned the helpline:
Log into BT ID
Click on products then scroll down to emails. select manage
Select link to down grade email (which I cannot find)
Select link to downgrade to basic and order (which I cannot find)
Account No; GB********
The advice you were given is total nonsense.
Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache from your browser?
Have you tried a different browser?
