I have had an ongoing issue with no broadband for a week. I have an engineer booked for yesterday and my BT app says engineer visit complete but I still don’t have any broadband and when I ring they can’t tell
me what the engineer has done or not done? so further appointment for this morning again my BT app says engineer visit complete but I still don’t have broadband and I have had no contact from engineer on either day? Help please what does Visit Complete actually mean
Did you give a contact number ?, if an appointment is made , it’s expected that the engineer calls to let you know they are on their way.
What is the nature of the fault, is your line as well as broadband not working ?, depending on what the problem is, visiting your home may be pointless
