Hi,
I have been having trouble sending emails for the past few days to a friend (with no error messages). Up until today emails have apparently sent from the BT website but have not arrived with the recipient. It appears that the friend has been sending emails but they have not been entering my inbox or spam folders. I have now begun to receive the following message today when attempting to send emails:
Sorry your email could not be delivered due to content policy reasons. Please check your message content for URLs, content and subject matter that could be construed as Malware, Span or Phishing before retrying. (6-1-3-1) ID (613945E05A4AD8F) [Err code: 553]
The messages more recently have included an email signature (last few weeks), however to determine whether this has caused an issue, I have been attempting to send an empty email with plain text (not rich text). The same message still appears.
I do not send emails to groups (generally only one or two people). This is a personal account.
I am using your webmail when receiving the error message.
I receive emails from other people and companies, but my friends emails are not arriving.
I have an iPhone and occasionally use the iOS Mail app.
My account has not been accessed by a third party (to my knowledge).
Any help is much appreciated, thank you
