Error ID003 logging into BT sport app

I have had BT sport for a while now through EE and all of a sudden I get this error message ID003 and can not log in, can anyone please help, thanks.

ID003 means we cannot find a subscription on your account. As an EE subscriber, this is controlled by EE so I'm afraid you're going to need to contact EE and find out why the subscription was removed.
