After months of no probs, this has occurred again, but only on 1 email address, the most important one.
I have checked the settings , reset hub etc, and then rang BT twice, but have been told to wait for call back.
Outlook working fine, just BT server site.
Anyone got a quick fix, or is it down to BT and hope?

Is this for all emails, and is there any other message associated?
Do yoiu happen to use a VPN?

Just one email address. No there's no VPN on.
Bt rang today and have upscaled it, and should have a call back in 24 hours.
They have said it is at their end .
Fingers crossed.
Hi @Kickstart1955 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm really sorry to see you're getting the error 553 error.
The 553 error code is normally caused by a deliverability issue, is there any further information after the error code? The message normally starts with 'Sorry your email could not be delivered due to'
