Eurosport now available on Big Sport and VIP TV plan

I have been finding watching tennis rallies quite difficult viewing  on  the French Open Youview Eurosport HD coverage on a T4000 box , Is there some poor bitrate or compression being applied on this stream somewhere ?

The BT TV player eurosport HD  tennis catchup also seem s relative poor.

If I watch using Eurosport player on say my Tv app it is a much improved experience.

I have also noticed this - trying to follow the tennis ball can be quite difficult due to the poor quality of the stream.  I'm not sure if this is applicable only to French Open coverage or other Eurosport content as well. Hope something can be done to improve it.

well final day  of Roland Faros today and the qualityhasn't improved.

Once again, I can't even see Eurosport. Using an Amazon Firestick I can get into the BT Sport App, which doesn't show Eurosport, but when I try BT TV which does, I can't even login. Error message ZJ999. I have Big Sport. Anyone know what this error message means?

The BT TV app is only available in the UK.

You need to ensure the Firestick you are using an IP address located in the UK and not outside.

following on from the issues reported previously with the Roland Garros tennis coverage.

Comparing the Wimbledon highlights this morning on Eurosport 2 HD channel 436 with  TV Eurosport Player app  channel coverage again the ch 436 is a difficult watch on  following the ball in rally’s whereas the Eurosport Player is a better experience.  Cannot the Multicast channel stream be improved please.

We are reviewing what changes we can make to the stream to make sport viewing more comfortable on the eye for Eurosport 1 & 2 HD, hopefully we can get some changes in before Wimbledon concludes.

Why cant you put Eurosport on the sport package, not everyone wants to pay inflated prices for sky sports.
Id swap over to BTTV in a flash if included in sport package.

May as well stay with sky unless happens
