I have confirmed with Openreach that FFTP is available to my house but the sales at BT cant see it on the system. I have spokent to BT installs in error and he could see it was possible. I have raised a complaint asked sales to action a request to investigate but there has been no joy in getting up dated.
Any ideas on how to get to a person who knows what to do?
