Great Service

Got to say the service I have had recently from BT has been brilliant.

Was offered upgrade to FTTP from standard line.

Openreach arrived and fitted modem start Jan but found a blockage so couldn't do external work.

Was advised it could take up to 3 months to get it all sorted.

Yesterday the open reach maintenance team arrived yesterday and cleared the block (virgin had blocked it underground).

Today openreach called me to advise the engineer is arriving on Monday to fit the cable to the grey box outside.

Happy days

I just need to work out what the next step is once they do that!
