Hi community,
a weird question, but wondering if someone can help. I’ve ordered FTTP for the property I’m moving into (already has an ONT installed) and activation was scheduled for today. I’m not in the property until Sunday, and don’t receive my Super Hub 2 until Monday. So far I’ve received no communication from BT about the activation today being successful. Could this be down to the fact the SH isn’t plugged in, and they’re unable to determine if the line is alright?
Just wondered if this sounded right, before calling in and asking!

Connecting the hub won't make any difference to activation mor likely activation didn't happen. Unusual for activation before hub delivered
Not sure what you mean by digital voice all sorted but not broadband, digital voice won't work without broadband.
