FTTP Availability

Hi

hopefully someone will be able to advise me. I’m approaching broadband renewal date and I was looking at

because my neighbours over the road were saying that they get fttp and 900 speed.  We struggle to get 30 on our side.  On our entry I see 

however, further down the page it says 

does this mean that fttp is on it’s way at some point, and is it possible to make an educated guess about what is happening?

FTTP on DEMAND is for business and not the same as FTTP which is residential broadband  you would pay for the installation and probably be in £1000's

Thanks. I assumed it would be a waiting game. It’s frustrating every road round here has the choice of BT or Virgin high speed Internet, and the only area missing is our side of the road
