FTTP: Wired Connection Bad Latency: WiFi Good Latency

Go to solution

Hi I am haing problesm with BT FTTP.

I have 300mb Down and 50mb up. It is never this.

The download is often 50-80mb and upload 5-35mb  however today the WIRED connection has been terrible, worst internet service i've had in years.

Getting readings: lateny 130-160ms, normaly (16-22ms although this is also bad should be 1 or 2ms with FTTP which it never has been ever), download on wired ranging 2-7mb and upload 0.7mb to 50mb, as per following pictures

(The wifi signal is latency 21, download  200mb and upload 50mb)
