FTTP, Wychwood Village (CW2 5FF)

Hi all, BT are currently laying fibre around Wychwood village (Weston,  near Crewe - CW5 5FF ) and I believe complete early autumn. Can't wait ! That said, I live in a 4 home, private courtyard. How do I find out if they will be able or prepared to run FTTP to my home ? I assume we have underground channels , with existing cables in, but not too sure. We have had no communication from BT to register interested etc.

Checker says you already have FTTC but something to look forward to.
