Hi, so I moved into a newly built apartment recently and before I moved in I started the process of sorting out internet connection. I rang BT and they said I could have FTTP with no engineer required - they would just send me the hub. When I moved in it turns out that the development is fully fitted out with virgin media. Does this mean when I receive the hub it won’t work as I don’t think virgin media and BT compatible? I’m not at home for the next few days so I’m unable to have a close look at the sockets. I’m confused as they said I was eligible on the phone but now I’m not sure?
