FTTP has just been provided in my location. I am looking to upgrade, but as an 'EXISTING' customer I find that instead of being able to obtain the "...£49.99Δ a month 24 month contract..." being offered, I as an 'EXISTING' am expected to pay £64.99 a month! How can they justify this RIP OFF?😡
