Fast path or interleaved?

Was just wondering if someone could shed some light on smarthub (hub6) stats?

when I have my by hub plugged it it shows the connection as fast path, but when I use any other third party router it is showing as interleaved.

I am just wondering as to why this is the case, is it possible the home latency displayed is incorrect?

The hubs show fast regardless so connection could be either fast/interleaved
