I have a BT premier call blocking phone which has been working fine. However, handset 2 seems to have a fault. The speaker in the earpiece is now so quiet that you can hardly hear it. If I put the speaker phone on the volume is fine. on the settings the volume is set to maximum. Does anyone know if this can be rectified by any settings.
