Fault

I reported a fault with my broadband and was told an engineer would call between 8 and 1 .. he didn’t and on checking the fault I find it shows the engineer had called and the fix date is 26 August - this is unacceptable as I work from home

Is your phone line working?

Three working days would be about right for a residential fault.
