I have Fibre 1 which was activated today with a confirmation email.
My hub just flashes purple.
I have a smart hub 2 and also just a smart hub previous model
What have I done wrong ?
I have a single point phone line on the wall. Which then a filter attaches then that is attached to the broadband side to the Hub, then obviously the power cable is in. That's it.
I'll try get a picture of it all
