Recontracted on 12th to be completed by 14th, including among other changes, a move from Fibre 1 to Fibre 2.
Only a small increase in upload speed so far, no change in download. Both well below line ability.

Have you been having connection problems with router dropping connection maybe often?
Generally no, although I've tried a few restarts in the last few days to see if the connection speeds have changed. Maybe not he best of ideas?
Only 1 connection for the whole of July recorded.
it appears that your upgrade to fibre 2 happened shown by increase in upload speed but I think all the resets trying to improve your connection speed has resulted in connection being banded hence why any resets come back to same 49mb speed. This should start to release automatically but will take a few weeks stable conenction with no resets or drops in connection
