Fibre 100, but upload max of 5Mb

When i first got Fibre 100 i had downloads of 147Mb and uploads of 30Mb.

Today im getting the same download but my upload is capped at 5Mb. However if i use the BT test it says im getting 31Mb but no other test agrees and they all say the same 5Mb.

Ive reset the router with no effect.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems with your connection. It would be best to raise a fault to our FTTP team so that they can look into this for you. You can do this by calling 0800 800 151.
