If your pair was changed between the cabinet and DP  because of a faulty pair, the new pair will have different characteristics and perhaps more susceptible to crosstalk interference. No two lines behave exactly the same.

You haven't said when the repair was, but you were only getting 70.94M on 20th April according to your screenshot in your original post.

So you were getting 70 before the repair and 70 after.

What date is the log screenshot?
