Sorry I missed you. Engineer advised all working as expected, nothing wrong at my end, but that there was a cap on the line which limited speed to 44Mbps and needed Openreach to rectify and he contacted someone to book it in, I thought for this morning but have heard nothing back yet. Speed is as before, I.e. approx 41/42 Mbps.

Thanks for the call and sorry I missed you again, just got in.
A few speed tests just done and I am getting around 46.5 Mbps so there has been some improvement. Not quite back up to what I was expecting - might it improve over coming days?
