I have re-joined BT as now I can get Full Speed Fibre, its just a location question, existing Master Socket is downstairs in a rear bedroom, can I request for the ONT box to be installed upstairs, the fibre port is overhead cables at the back of the properly and it would be ideal to have the ONT box upstairs in the middle in a cupboard - it would probably have to go through a rear bedroom to get to it.
Would that be possible or would the ONT box have to be installed in the upstairs rear bedroom (if they drill a hole through it).
