Fibre Optic Connection

Hi,

Gigaclear were supposed to be connecting us, laid cable into the road just short of our house, then went bust.

BT have notified neighbours in the other direction that they are being connected from the other end of the road, but we have not. How can I find out if we have been overlooked.., before work starts?
