Fibre internet question

Go to solution

Hi, I’m moving out in the next couple of weeks, I’ve been looking around for fibre broadband deals but it seems my street doesn’t have fibre available, would BT come out to install fibre cabling straight to my house if I paid more of a set up fee or do they have to complete redo the street box and the cabling of the street to get fibre?

@Cameryn475

The cabinet is full "waiting list".

That would be the same for all providers.

Re: Fibre internet question

your need to keep checking the dslchecker for available instead of waiting list and as soon as you see that place an order for fibre with your chosen ISP  until then you could get the older adsl

Doesn’t FTTP on demand mean that I can get fibre because it’s says available?
