Fibre not in my new house?

Hello, don't know if anyone can help?

We have recently built a new house in our garden.

We had fibre in our old house, and all the rest of the houses down our road have fibre.

However, when i try and upgrade our current broadband in our new house they say it is not available!

I have checked on Openreach website and it says:  We don’t have plans to upgrade your area yet

any idea why this is?  the internet is seriously slow here!

Is the home registered on Royal Mail database?

You also need to make sure your house address is registered on Royal Mail database
