Been on the phone to bt multiple times to get my fibre to the premises sorted But apparently its not activated since the property ive moved into is a brand new build and nobody has lived there before.. everyone ive spoken to on the phone has said different things to me so not quite sure what to believe the last person i spoke to told me nothing is getting activated because of the covid pandemic and rushed me off the phone quicker than it took me to make the call and told me there is no date that it will be activated just keep calling every so often to see if anything is changed.. so im stuck in a new property with no internet and no clue when i will be able to get it.. surely if i got the box fitted open reach could arrange for it to be activated at there end or at the green box?
They are talking utter rubbish.
Keep trying and hopefully you will get to speak to someone who knows what they are talking about.

Is it the BT FTTP team on 0800 587 4787 that you have been calling, if not try calling them.
Of the 5 people you've spoken to were any of them on the FTTP team?
Is the ONT already fitted, if so what is the status of the lights on it?
Not sure about that but i know they have internet access ill be happy to even have standard internet at the moment as i kind of need it asap then upgrade to fttp in the future..
The picture you've posted is the ONT. There shouldn't be a problem getting the service activated if you speak to the FTTP team on the number given earlier.
I have spoken to that number and got nowhere with them rather frustrating
